APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can get settled in and have the maximum amount of time with your stylist. We cannot guarantee your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late.

PARKING

There is an on-site parking lot located on the left side of the salon (entrance on Willard Place). Our parking spots are labeled “Salon Only.” Additional parking is available on Grove Street and Willard Place.

APPOINTMENT RESERVATION

To request an appointment, please call or text the salon and our team will contact you to reserve an appointment. All appointments require a credit card number to be stored in our secure booking system in order to complete the reservation.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

We offer email and text reminders for scheduled appointments. Please respond to text/ email with “Yes” to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the salon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are of high importance to us and we reserve a specific amount of time for all of our personalized services. We understand that schedule changes may occur and we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate this notice, as it allows us to fill our stylists time with guests waiting for an appointment.

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $35 for each hour that is reserved.

Appointments missed without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Appointments scheduled within the 48 hour window are considered confirmed and will be charged a fee if canceled or rescheduled.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

GRATUITIES

Leaving gratuity is completely up to our guests. While it is not expected, it is always appreciated. Gratuity is accepted as cash or on a credit card.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you must notify Pure Energy Hair Studio within seven days of receiving the service. A complimentary adjustment will be scheduled within two weeks of the original service. If additional work is performed beyond the adjustment, a charge may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to performing the service.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Our team strives to recommend the most suitable products for our guests. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase. We only offer an exchange for products that have been lightly used. If the new product is of greater value, the additional balance will need to be paid. If the new product is of lesser value, a refund of the remaining balance will be issued to the original payment.
