Appointment Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can get settled in and have the maximum amount of time with your stylist. There may be other appointments scheduled after your service, therefore we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.
We are located in the heart of a bustling downtown district, so please allow for extra travel time and parking.
Gratuities
Leaving gratuity is completely up to our guests. While it is not expected, it is always appreciated. Gratuity is accepted as cash, check or on a credit card.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.
Service Adjustment Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, you must notify Pure Energy Hair Studio within seven days of receiving the service. A complimentary adjustment will be scheduled within two weeks of the original service. If additional work is performed beyond the adjustment, a service charge may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to performing the service.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. For services that require extra time, we will need a credit card to reserve your appointment. Should you have to cancel your appointment last minute, a 50% fee of the missed service will be charged.
